Right to data transferability

SSL or TLS encryption

Data collection on our website

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Server log files

These data are not combined with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Google-Maps

We use the component “Google Maps” from Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”.
Each time you access the Google Maps component, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when you view the page that includes the Google Maps component. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.
If you do not agree to this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” or only to a limited extent.

Google Fonts

To make this page uniform, we use Google Fonts. These are fonts that are loaded from a Google server unless they already exist in your browser cache. To do this, your IP address, the desired font and the page accessed are transmitted to Google. No cookie is set.

YouTube

For the integration of videos we use YouTube. We have integrated our videos with the enhanced privacy mode. This means that while YouTube contacts the Double Click service of Google, it does not interpret personal information according to Google’s Privacy Policy. So as long as you do not play the video, no information about you will be saved by YouTube.

If you click on a video, your IP address will be sent to YouTube and YouTube will know that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be assigned to your user account. You can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before calling the video.

Vimeo

Some videos are integrated via Vimeo. Due to technical reasons the servers of Vimeo are called and will see which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged into Vimeo as a member, Vimeo assigns this information to your personal user account. This information is also assigned to your user account when you use the plugin, e.g. by clicking the start button of a video. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Vimeo user account before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies from Vimeo.

Vimeo has stated that it guarantees an adequate level of data protection by complying with the requirements of the Privacy Shield.
